Morgo Triumph Twin Big-Bore Kit - Triumph 650cc To 750cc Conversion. This is a conversion used by thousands of enthusiasts around the world allowing a Triumph 650cc unit or pre-unit motor to be increased to 750cc, when used with a 9 stud head, without modifying any of the standard parts. The cylinder barrel is a one-piece casting, with increased finning area for better cooling and weighing only a few ounces more than the standard barrel. All pistons have cutaways for larger valves; standard compression ratio is 9.5:1 with standard gasket. Oversize pistons & rings are available for this kit. Kit comprises: barrels, standard-sized piston assemblies & head gasket.

Cap Head Screw Sets. These chrome-plated cap head screw sets replace the original slotted screws for the engine & gearbox covers. They look great & are an improvement over slotted fasteners, which easily damage when tightened. Made from high tensile steel, each set contains the correct screw sizes & lengths for the selected bike & come complete with the relevant Allen key(s). For some models we also offer stainless steel sets for a really long-lasting, quality look ('SS' suffix to part number).

Metal GasketsThese aluminium rocker box gaskets and thick copper head gaskets stabilise your engines "non moving" parts. Strobe photography shows that rocker boxes walk significantly as they try to squash and squeeze inferior soft gasketsout from underneath. 1mm thick sheet alloy gaskets allow freshly surfaced parts to key into the surface. Double thickness cylinder head gaskets are the answer if your parts have been surfaced to the point of raising compression to intolerable levels.
