Morgo Triumph Rotary Oil Pump. The rotary pump uses rotary meshing eccentric gears. Oil can be pumped almost continually, allowing more oil to be moved than in a plunger design. The housing also contains a spring-loaded ball valve which prevents oil drainage from the tank when the bike is standing. Like the plunger unit, this rotary pump can be fitted without modifying the engine. Fixing screws & a pump mounting gasket are included.

Morgo Triumph Plunger Oil Pump. The plunger pump is a copy of the factory-fitted item, as found on Triumph twins. However, Morgo units offer more efficient operation & a lower sump oil level during running due to a higher scavenge flow rate. The plunger pump has a brass body with hardened steel plungers & sliding drive block.

The kits come complete with all necessary extra hosing & hose clips, plus the filter assembly, mounting bracket, filter locking clamp & filter element. Installation instructions are included.

Anti-Drain Valve. Wet sumping can be a problem with separate oil tank machines. If the bike is left to stand for a few days, the sump fills with oil, especially with gear type oil pumps, such as the Norton twins. This Anti-Drain Valve sits in-line close to the oil tank, preventing draining to the sump. It uses a steel ball held lightly under spring pressure against a seating. When the oil pump is working the ball lifts easily off its seating & allows the oil to flow. Fits any oil feed pipe of approximately 3/8" internal diameter.
