International Dialling
When dialling from outside of New Zealand you will usually need to add a prefix to this number. This prefix will be the number you dial to get an international line from your own country, often "00". If in doubt ask your local international operator.
"64" is the international dialling code for the NZ.
If this still doesn't get you an answer then remember we are on Greenwich Mean Time + 12 hours (ignoring summer time), so check your time zone differences.
